TurtlePin 2.0 mm / 7 Needles is a single-use multi-needle injector with a broad 7-pin array that reaches the lower dermis for intensive skin regeneration and broad deep-dermal coverage. The 32G hypodermic needles with "Lancet 2x cut" tips deliver active ingredients with minimized solution wastage and accurate needle placement — the primary depth for submental and jowl fat treatment, body texture work, and deeper lifting protocols. Clinical studies show a 15× higher active-ingredient penetration rate compared with conventional microneedling rollers, with the 7-pin array distributing significantly more solution per pass than single-needle injections. Indicated applications include alopecia, acne scars, keloid management, anti-wrinkle injections, PRP, PDRN, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, and mesotherapy. Anesthetic cream is recommended prior to treatment. Each box contains 20 individually sterile-packaged injectors (EO-gas sterilized, CE Medical Device Class II-a certified).
