pbserum Reveal Rebalance is a triple recombinant enzyme system optimized for body contouring, submental fat reduction, and surface irregularity correction. Like all Reveal products, it contains Collagenases G&H PB220, Lipase PB500, and Lyase PB72K — the same three enzymes in every product, but in different concentration ratios. Rebalance is formulated with a higher proportion of Lipase PB500, the enzyme that breaks down triglycerides stored in adipocytes, reducing fat cell volume without damaging the cell membrane and without hormonal dependence. The Lyase component works synergistically with Lipase: it clears the extracellular matrix surrounding fat cells, exposing more adipocytes to lipase action and amplifying the contouring effect. The Collagenase component addresses the structural collagen in fibrotic bands that contribute to surface irregularities. Together, the three enzymes deliver a multi-targeted approach to body contouring that addresses fat, matrix, and collagen simultaneously. Formulated for topical application with a non-crosslinked high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid vehicle. Particularly effective for submental fullness (double chin), localized body fat deposits, and surface irregularities where uneven fat distribution needs correction. Typical protocol: 4–6 sessions at 14-day intervals.

Application Steps
