pbserum Reveal Refine is a triple recombinant enzyme system optimized for facial contouring. Like all Reveal products, it contains Collagenases G&H PB220, Lipase PB500, and Lyase PB72K — the same three enzymes in every product, but in different concentration ratios. Refine is formulated with a higher proportion of Collagenase G&H, the enzyme that selectively degrades fragmented Type I and Type III collagen — the damaged scaffolding that accumulates with age — without harming healthy tissue. By clearing this collagen debris, the collagenase component triggers a natural fibroblast response: cells are signaled to produce fresh, functional collagen fibers with improved structural organization. Meanwhile, the supporting Lipase and Lyase work to clear the surrounding extracellular matrix and reduce local fat deposits, creating a comprehensive bioremodeling effect that goes beyond what a single enzyme can achieve. Formulated for topical application with a non-crosslinked high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid vehicle that hydrates the treatment area. Particularly effective for jawline definition, mandibular line sharpening, and overall facial contour refinement. Typical protocol: 4–6 sessions at 14-day intervals.

Application Steps
